Since first generations, Sun-sing tea processing manufacture founded by the grandfather, and the whole families at that time were tea farmers. From planting to panning process all produced by the families. And the second generations owner called Mr. Zuan Xian, Chen who was the founder of Zuan-Fung tea processing manufacture who deliver high-end teas to overseas market though a trading company in Dadaocheng area.

What made us so special ? It’s our unique panning technique from 1st generation to now. Different weather, seasons or humility could change the flavour of each tea.
From Tea leaves selection to blending and roasting techniques, those are key factors to make rich flavour tea. Also that keep water content between 3-6% in tea leaves, maintain the stability and freshness.

The owner of 3rd generation -Dabbie Chen, who grew up in the family tea business. Having great knowledge and technique of tea processing taught by her father and grandfather. Debbie has won different competitions and certifications, also she is authorised tea master.
Debbie established Dadong Tea Cooperation and expend the beverage, commercial tea market, earned great reputations in locate and worldwide markets.
